@03:57fore arms, those twisting bastards...i don't know, i had no problem to learn how to draw hands and they are suposed to be harder i thin(having a 24/7 reference right at your body makes it easer hehe) but with foreamrs it was diferent, biseps are kind of easy they flex and stretch but nothing comparated with the way forearms twist, and it most likely your own forearm ,at least mine is, unable to offer a real nice ref
