@04:33Great tutorial, Steve! I especially liked the technique in which you used colored pencils as a base and then went over it with markers. Fantastic! :#1:
I'd like to ask you something. See, I have a lot of felt-tip pens which tips look like that [link]
So you said that there's no written rule on how to color but still, I'd like to know your opinion. How do you think would be better to color:
1/ By drawing close to each other parallel lines.
2/ By drawing like with a colored pencil, scribbling around.
I'm asking you because you seem to have tried many drawing medias. Of course, I'll go ahead and experiment to see what works best for me but I'll be looking for what preserves the material more as well.

@04:54Traditional will always be better than CG. Yes CG may look cleaner, but Traditional takes real talent and skill.

...Besides, like I said, it's very subjective, anyways. Digital art will give things a cleaner look, but who says that's what everyone wants? I love pixel art, for instance. Which is digital, yes, but that's irrelevant at the moment. I find beauty in its limitation.

@04:03Sorry, it's not really visible in the video. You could scan it, though. (I haven't looked, maybe you already have)
