@02:33okay dude....sorry because ah know you said dont look at you as a teacher or whatever...but dig this....every artist that is at or beyond the level that ah will reach....is in my eyes a teacher...so...wheres your doctorin lol
@00:03same with me, i learn really fast, i also dont like redrawing something over and over, a) because it get sboring but b) sure, you can draw that pretty well.. but how about a different pose or perspective... uh oh stuck there now... But you just gotta keep drawing things from different views all the time... lol
@04:58Cant thank you enough for these tutorials. Not only are they really helpful, but they're actually entertaining b/c its not just a monotone step-by-step. I gotta give you mad props too, if i had drawn something that good and someone asked me to erase and redraw it to show them how i did it, they'd be getting a 1-fingered salute.
@08:35Okay, seriously... Here's a little question:
Could somebody tell me, that by where heck in thi video, is the Anatomy tutorial? This is no way related to How to Draw a human body/anatomy.
This is more like "How to design your own character" kind of a video.
Just by saying all the time that "Learn anatoy" and "Do a rough sketch" you ain't helping much in teaching people how the human anatomy works and how it is drawn...
@05:32Yeah, I tend to go crazy on my sketches. I typically throw down a ton of lines, and then my images start looking like blobs! Then again, I sketch a lot with a ball point pen...
@04:15"You mean lead's. There is a thing called an apostrophe, you might like to use, it's part of basic grammer"
There's three things I like about this comment. Or rather, four; the fact that you pointed out a grammar mistake is what makes the following three funny to begin with.
First off, you did not finish the comment with a period. Secondly, you spelled "grammar" wrong. Thirdly, you should probably have put "lead's" in quotes. I'm unsure of that last one, but I'm very sure of the first two.
Here's part 02 of the small anatomy crash course. More will be shown on anatomy but not too soon okay.
I'll use about three pieces from different DA artists in the next vid so read my journal for info on that
Enjoy and I hope you learned something
QUICK NOTE: No more asking about reviewing your piece for a video, the link submissions have all been submitted for review. Thanks to all who submitted!
the part you said dong more sketching than finished pieces i did yesterday ... i didnt do a finished piece but i did some sketching not much but i think m slightly improving...
i learn others ways of doing things alittle, or watch..
im an artist who appreciates the tutorials and processes of others hard work
did you take an anatomy class? i plan on taking one while im in college. or did you just study a lot of reference books and look at yourself? or a little bit of everything?
Nope, I enjoyed comic books, learned off of my favorite artist's and kept going Then learned Gesture from watching Disney Animations and here I am today
